+1 Imperial. What will we do about the ARCs if (and most likely) we switch to Imperial.

+1 for Imperial. People on this server have always fought and acted like Stormtroopers, we have a tendency to round up civilians for questioning, and we also tend to kill or distrust most things or people; Imperial better fits how people act, hopefully, Imperial levels of discipline will come with it. I think Imperial is a natural step for the server and agree 100% with what Dehoff said.

Phase 1 is the most liked yet the hardest to really work with and not all like it

 

Imperial RP is more newer and is different from what this community has seen and I’ve seen people always liking it but they always switch to CWRP which sometimes kills em

 

And all the others in the star wars is very unique like 1st order, rebels, and SWTOR

 

its really which one will groove with us the best and stay that way for some time

I dont believe this server would enjoy custom lore phase 1. Idk if yall understand. Chances are it would be Geonosis phase 1 which is VERY different. Fun but different. All in all im down for anything but universe.

Imperial is the best out of all of these, I was strongly for Universe and Phase 1 Custom Lore but I've come to realise that Imperial would be teh best choice for us. Like others said it will be far away from what've been doing for ages, as well as HOPEFULLY being one of the few unique Imperial RPs out there. If Imperial RP gets accepted I will be making my own fat suggestion.

+1 to Clonewars Phase 1.

 

I believe this would be the change needed because we could still do so much more with clonewars. Imperial is trapped behind troopers and 2 or 3 sith. Which makes the game mode become boring quick one of the many reasons why the game mode only has one active server.

plus 1 to imperial rp i believe theres a lot of content and more things to do than in clone wars phase one. Theres more community items and more maps that are usable that could bring us a better experience

Phase 1 is trapped behind a few battles and things like that custom lore gets kinda funky. Imperial you can have sith as well as saber guards.

I also am here for only clone wars I hate imperial rap same as you but, If we change to that game mode then I will be here for the support of the community. I'm not going to leave because a vote doesnt go my way.

Imperial

This is my recommended restructure

No Lore Characters, however exceptions for events and in the future may be added. Such as a Darth Vader or Palpatine. Although those two should be reserved for HA+ Approved events and used VERY rarely.

Only ONE Character

Grand Moff
Above Army & Naval of a sector

General & Admiral
Army & Navy Regimentals

Army Units
Stormtroopers - This unit should always have an active player base. All new recruits get put into the ST immediately. Their specialty will be front line assault as well as Ground Assault Vehicles. Such as tanks and such.

Nova Troopers - This unit is a guard type of unit as well as a unit that would steal enemy ships. They should be guarding high ranking officials that are imperial. They should not guard civilians and VIPS not directly Imperial related. When there is an enemy vessel they will be used to capture it. Even in the event that the known enemy lands on  the ship. If a ship is not known to have hostiles but is just being pulled for a check. They will not be called.

Death Trooper (3) - This unit will act as an elite squad. There will only be 5 and will have the authority to kill on base with good reasons set by High Command.

Naval Units

Fleet Crew - These are the traditional Naval in charge of Bridge & ATC. They will be given pistols. As long as Bridge and ATC are being opperated all Naval Crew are pilots as well. Naval can leave Bridge & ATC type of areas unmanned under circumstances set by High command.

Imperial Security Bureau  - They will act as the Shock. Their job fits this role more then any other. They will do interrogations, arrests, and detaining of people.  They will be given some smaller guns like pistols and SMG type weapons. This unit should be required to be  strict. 

Dark Side

Inquisitors - The main forces of the dark side. Should be hard but fair to be one.

Purge (3) - This should be the troopers of the Inquisitors. They listen directly to the Inquisitors and do as they say. The army & Naval have no say over Purge.

Hidden Ranks

Death Trooper, Imperial Security Bureau, Purge, & Inquisitors will have NO RANKS in their names.
Death Trooper, ISB, & Purge should not have ranks in their name because they are elite units and should never give someone outside their command structure to belittle them for being a lesser rank. Ranks should be hidden and kept on a roster.

Inquisitors should have no ranks and all tiers will be OOC and organized by the Dark Siders. There should only be ONE Grand Inquisitor and he will be the only one with their rank in the name.

Why this set up?

This initial Set up leaves only 4 High Command positions. Which allows for more of the player base to be in the actual battalions.
Grand Moff, Grand General, Grand Admiral, & Grand Inquisitor.

Army has two main units, Naval has one main unit, and Dark Side has one main unit. 
That leaves 4 units total for the player to choose between. Which one of the Armies main units people automatically join.

To bad, with a smaller player base it is best to have to few then to many. This is set up to require the server to have as many people in the actual battalions.

Milestones for the server.

Note - When I say at XX Players, it means average. Not just peaking once at that number.

This server structure is designed around 20 players to start. 

30 Players - Purge, DT increase to 5 slots.

40 Players - Add Scouts to Army

60 Players - Naval gains a standalone Starfighter Corps. Which takes all flight privileges. Lower ISB to 10 slots. Less elite then Purge & DT to fit that Police role.
This means you have Army with 3 Battalions 1 Squad, Naval 2 Battalions 1 squad, & Dark Side with 1 unit and 1 squad.

80 Players - Add one Army battalion styled unit, no squad.  

100 Players+ Start thinking for yourself.

Army vs Naval vs Dark Side

What is the hierarchy? Who can do what?

The Grand Moff is over Army & Naval in his sector. Which means he has final say over any issue or drama with in IC.

Grand Inquisitor is = to Grand General & Grand Admiral. They will not be able to directly order each other around. The Grand Moff may order around the Inquisitors with in IC. However, it should be looked at more of a request. Inquisitors hold the right to refuse an order if it goes against their main goal. Which would be to eliminate any force user in the sector. So if the Moffs RP orders are against the wishes of that. They will disobey. Example: Grand Moff was a captured jedi escorted to him. Inquisitors can be like fuck no. 


Naval handles operations and the Amry handles combat. In issues related to to bases or ships that people are stationed on.  They will have final say over matters. When in issues related to off base or ship Army will have final say.

Example: Rebels attack the ship and the Naval want the captured to brig. The army willl take them to brig.

Example: Rebels attack a village. Army & Naval deploys. Army has say over unit operation.

They can not directly interfere with each others domain. However Moff's job is to ensure Admirals and Army work together in an appropriate way. The goal is to have a rivalry between Naval & Army. But if it goes to far. The Moff will settle it IC.

Donations & Inquisitor/Purge.

Both should be donation classes. As well as what ever Ten decides.

People that donate for Inquisitor will be given access to a Dark Side Youngling  whitelist. They will be allowed to go WILTOS farming in down time. They just have to announce that they are leaving the designated area to do so in a way approved by the Grand Inquisitor. If an event or situation starts. They must switch to their main roles.
